Bought our house in 2021, at first it was problem after problem I couldn’t get fixed because the guy that
handled warranty stuff was absolutely horrible. After my warranty was over we still had issues but they
hired a new gentlemen to handle warranty issues. Vic has been absolutely amazing on handling issues
we’ve had and getting problems solved. It’s amazing what replacing one person can do for a company.
Before Vic I had nothing positive to say about Premier. Now I can recommend them and feel like future
